With a BSc in Building surveying, and a MSc in Real Estate and Finance, Lucy has worn multiple hats for the past 7 years as both a landlord and a property developer, as well as working with the UK Government and other large public sector and infrastructure organisations to deliver quality and project management.

As a landlord and property developer Lucy has managed a diverse portfolio, from bungalows and family homes, to HMOs, making her well equipped to understand challenges investors may face and assist you in harnessing your investment's potential post-completion.

Whether you’re a seasoned investor or just getting started in the world of property, Lucy is here to assist in navigating the intricacies of property investment, maximise your returns, and achieve your property goals.

Catherine McClure


Holding an MSc in Business Law and Management, Catherine has diverse experience, having worked in project management for UK Infrastructure projects, and spent several years working in Real Estate Law, where she honed her legal expertise and built a robust network within the property industry. She possesses a unique blend of legal and business acumen.

Through her tenure in property law, Catherine observed a gap in the market - whilst there is an abundance of agents and sourcers, few possess an in-depth understanding of the intricate legal processes. Recognising the challenges this posed for clients and their solicitors, she decided to bridge this gap - and MONI Properties was born.

Beyond the confines of real estate, Catherine is dedicated to providing an unparalleled service and helping clients realise their investments with minimal stress and effort.
